The KTJ132 intrinsically safe programmable scheduling machine can provide multi-level scheduling, telephone calling, production command, and work coordination for coal mine systems. KTJ132 adopts a 19 inch 6U standard chassis structure, supporting 16 channels to 1792 channels, and can support up to 56 E1s. It also has linkage functions for video, voice, wireless radio, broadcasting, and alarm systems. Adopting a more powerful and flexible ARM control core, the modular design makes it easy to deploy, install, manage, maintain, and smoothly upgrade and expand.


KTJ132 adopts a design without a separate control board, so even if cascaded to a seven box device, a single MCU main control board can complete the control and management of the seven box device. The powerful integrated modularization and functional design enable KTJ132 to support more types of business cards: FXS FXO、IPS、IPO、E1、EM、 Carrier relay, magnet relay, REC recording board, HF cluster gateway board, AUD audio interface board, DMB broadcasting system board, ALM dry contact alarm board, RLD fusion linkage system board, can meet various application needs of users.

1. System architecture and hardware reliability


Distributed module structure, fully decentralized load sharing working mode, each module is relatively independent, with small fault correlation and impact range, and faults between modules of the same level do not affect each other.


● Public hot backup redundancy design ensures high availability of the main CPU, switching network, clock, signaling equipment, power ring current, and communication links. 5. Redundant design


(1) The motherboard CPU system supports both primary and backup modes of operation.


(2) The primary and backup sides can monitor each other and also monitor the current working status of each motherboard. When the motherboard malfunctions, the standby mode will automatically switch to the active mode, and the motherboard that switches to the active mode will continue to work.


(3) The switching network adopts the fourth generation non blocking ultra large scale digital switching network.

6. Advanced circuit design concepts
