METAL/NON-METAL ORE DUAL LOOP INTEGRATED SCHEDULING SCHEME
BACKGROUND OF THE PLAN:
The national standard GB16423-2020 Safety Regulations for Metal and Non Metal Mines will be implemented from September 1, 2021. The communication and monitoring section 6.7.7 of the safety regulations clearly stipulates that wired dispatch communication systems should use dedicated communication cables; The dispatch telephone should be directly connected to the dispatch switch and safety barrier using mining communication cables, and the earth should not be used as a circuit. The underground dispatch telephone should not be powered locally underground or connected to the dispatch switch through an active relay. In addition, there are requirements for the underground communication system. The underground wired communication system should be equipped with two communication cables, which enter the underground from different wellbores respectively; Any communication cable must meet the communication needs between underground and surface.
SOLUTION:
This dual loop dispatch communication solution integrates dispatch command, internal communication, broadcast calling, comprehensive alarm, as well as recording, forced disconnection, forced insertion, full call, group call, direct connection, one click direct dialing and other dispatch functions. It also supports 10 kilometer ultra long distance transmission, multimedia touch screen dispatch console, digital anti noise amplification telephone and other equipment, and is equipped with dispatch unit, conference unit, recording unit and other business software. There are two communication cables set up, which enter the underground wiring equipment from different shafts. When any one of the communication cables fails, the other cable can be promptly taken over to ensure smooth underground communication.
The underground telephone can be connected to two telephone lines, achieving dual circuit protection for communication channels. Each extension user has two channels, the main shaft and the auxiliary shaft. In the event of a circuit break or short circuit fault in either line, the other line can also ensure normal communication of the extension and prompt the corresponding line fault in the dispatch system for timely maintenance and disposal.
ADVANTAGES OF THE PLAN:
The system adopts a modular design, which can support up to 1792 gate loop extensions/loop relays and up to 32 E1s. The E1 signaling protocol can be configured as NO.1, PRI signaling, NO.7 signaling, etc; And it supports VOIP relay and SIP extension board, can support PCM remote fiber, 2M, network extension, supports decentralized installation, and is suitable for flexible networking in various environments. The system adopts a combination mode of extension and relay insertion, and customers can configure the specific number of extensions and relays according to their own needs. This system can help command and dispatch personnel achieve command and dispatch through multimedia methods, and can be highly integrated with various business systems to improve the intelligence and automation level of command and dispatch.
