The mining communication and liaison system currently used by Shanxi Changheng Coal and Coke Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Wanbei Coal and Electricity, has been in continuous operation for many years. Due to equipment aging and loss of some system functions, it seriously affects the normal operation of the system. In order to ensure the normal operation of the wired communication and liaison system in the mine and effectively guarantee the safety production of the mine, it has been decided to upgrade and transform the system.

The upgraded mining communication system is a visual fusion scheduling communication system that deeply integrates existing broadcasting, scheduling, positioning, and video systems to meet the unified scheduling and management needs of user units. It also meets the requirements of scheduling communication, video communication, daily communication, multi departmental collaborative office, remote operation guidance, cross regional command and scheduling, mobile data operations, instant messaging communication, and other usage needs. In emergency situations, the system can promptly notify employees in various important underground workplaces to maximize their safety, improve production efficiency, meet the national standards for intelligent mining construction, and comply with the latest national safety standards and coal mine safety regulations.
