When you hear the phone ringing, open the phone door cover and remove the handle to communicate with the other party.
When you need to make a phone call, please open the phone door cover, remove the handle, and when you hear the dial tone, you can dial. When you hear the ringtone, wait for the other person to answer. If you hear a busy tone (beep... beep... beep sound), please hang up and call again later.
Use of Reddial Key (RD)
(1) As a redial key: When you hear a dial tone while picking up the phone, press this key to activate the redial function, which means redialing the last dialed phone number.
(2) Single key redial: After dialing, if you encounter a busy tone, you can press this key, and the phone will automatically perform the following operations: "hang up", "unplug", "redial the last number".
Flashing key (FL) usage: When you hear a busy tone after dialing, you can press the flashing key (FL) to quickly receive the line and hear the dialing tone. You don't need to hang up and then unplug again.
After each call, be sure to hang the controller back in place (the button indicator light is off when hanging up normally), and close the door cover so that the phone can work normally.
The emergency call button is set to match the system emergency call number. Pressing the emergency call button off the hook can make a one click emergency call to the switchboard. The default emergency call number is 7.
