3. Control call duration:


The system can set the maximum call duration according to different call levels, and automatically cut off the call when the call lasts. If not set, it means there is no limit on the duration.


4. Call level settings:


The system can directly set the call level, with each level representing different call duration, call interval, and call frequency, simplifying the setting content.


5. Call interval setting:


The system can set the time interval for each call, for example, if each prisoner repeatedly dials after reaching the maximum duration of this call, they will not be able to use it immediately and must wait for the set interval before continuing to dial.


6. Control the number of calls:


The system can set the monthly call frequency according to different call levels. I won't be able to make calls this month if I run out of calls.


7. Strictly regulate the content of calls:


Before answering the phone, the prisoner is reminded to use the standard official language and not their hometown dialect during the call, otherwise the call will be cancelled.


8. Strong insertion:


Forcefully insert the current call to form a three-way call. When the monitoring phone hears that there is a violation in the prisoner's call, insert a language to remind the prisoner to correct the violation. If the prisoner still does not correct it, immediately dismantle it.


9. Forced demolition:


Forcefully end the current call.



Billing function


The system provides real-time billing function, as follows:


1) Manual collection of telephone charges:


The system charges the prisoner based on the length of time they make family phone calls, and then directly charges the prisoner for the phone number.


2) Establish an electronic account and deduct fees directly:


The system establishes an electronic account for prisoners, who can recharge the account and charge based on the length of time spent making family phone calls. The system automatically deducts the fees.


Save call list


After a prisoner completes a call, the system will automatically save the call ticket, which contains detailed information about the call, such as call date, time, calling number, call duration, billing unit price, total call cost, etc.


Call rate setting


The billing parameters for call fees can be flexibly set based on the region code (domestic long-distance, local call). The billing method is flexible, and call rates can be set to facilitate internal operations and settlement within the prison.




Recording management function


When prisoners make family phone calls, the system can record in real-time, and the recorded files are placed in the designated file directory. Administrators can perform backup, playback, deletion, and other operations on recordings through recording management.

2) Search for recording records


Recording management provides the function of querying recording records, which allows users to search for recordings based on time, called number, duration, prisoner information, and other conditions, facilitating the management of recordings.


3) Recording playback


Administrators can play the call recordings of prisoners through recording management.


4) Automatic backup of audio files


The recording files can be automatically backed up to the server every day, with no limit on the storage time.


5) Recording deletion


There are two types of recording deletion: one is automatic scheduled deletion of recording files, and the other is manual deletion of recording files. Scheduled automatic deletion, administrators can set the storage time for recording files, and the system will automatically delete recording files that have exceeded the storage period. Manual deletion, administrators can manually delete recording files through recording management.


6) Call recording file


The system automatically records real-time two-way conversations and backs up important files. The content of the recording file includes time, number, duration, and prisoner information.
