The SPC8000-D3 digital programmable dispatch machine is a new generation of integrated dispatch product developed by Hangzhou shollper Technology Co., Ltd. It has a 19 inch 3U standard chassis structure and can be connected to multiple dispatch stations without limit. SPC8000-D3 is an intelligent multi-layer integrated communication scheduling system that supports cascading expansion to allow two devices to run simultaneously. It adopts a design without a separate control board, and a single MCU main control board can complete the operation control of two devices. The powerful integrated modularization and functional design also enable SPC8000-D3 to support more types of business boards: FXS FXO、IPS、IPO、E1、EM、 Carrier relay, magnet relay, REC recording board, HF cluster gateway board, AUD audio interface board, DMB broadcasting system board, ALM dry contact alarm board, RLD fusion linkage system board, can meet various application scenarios for users.

The shollper integrated communication scheduling system is based on the TDM architecture and IP network integration, providing an integrated solution for multimedia scheduling services including voice scheduling, video linkage scheduling, conference calls, SMS notifications, broadcast notifications, cluster intercom scheduling, gas alarm linkage, etc. It supports the integration and development of third-party data services, security alarms, emergency plans, GIS systems, etc., forming a powerful multimedia communication platform.
Voice scheduling
Through the dispatch console, various types of communication terminals such as analog/IP phones, mobile phones, walkie talkies, etc. can be scheduled, providing functions such as single call, group call, round call, conference call, forced insertion, forced disconnection, automatic answering, monitoring, mute, transfer, roll call, and proxy answering.
Video scheduling
One click scheduling: Network cameras or analog cameras can be bound to communication terminals such as fixed lines or mobile phones. When the dispatch station calls the terminal, the system will call the corresponding monitoring video to the dispatch station, achieving the function of listening to the sound and seeing the person, and realizing the integrated command and scheduling of audio and video.
Broadcast scheduling
Support functions such as playing voice notifications, public announcements, shouting broadcasts, TTS text voice broadcasts, level broadcasts, command broadcasts, scheduled broadcasts, task process broadcasts, etc.

Alarm scheduling
When danger is detected, the alarm system can automatically send an alarm signal to the command and dispatch platform (or manually trigger a one click alarm), and the dispatch platform will automatically sound and light an alarm to remind relevant personnel.
