Integrated pipe gallery emergency telephone dispatch system software




Meeting: Press this button and then directly click the user button to form a temporary conference call. The selected users will automatically join the temporary meeting;


Speech: When the temporary meeting key is also pressed, pressing this key and then clicking the corresponding user key can switch the extension from the listener to the speaking state; When the temporary meeting key is not pressed, that is, it is invalid, pressing this key and then clicking the corresponding user key can switch the extension between the audience and speaking states;


Reject: When the host sees a prompt on the interface indicating another incoming call during a call, clicking this button will send a busy tone to the incoming extension;


Strong insertion: After clicking this button, the host can insert any extension that is currently in a call and form a conference call. When inserting, both the host and the selected extension are in the listener state (if the speaking button is valid during strong insertion, it will become a multi-party call after strong insertion);


Forced disassembly: After clicking this button, the host can remove any extension that is currently in communication;


All in: When several calls are incoming at the same time, click this button to answer them all and form a conference call;


Priority: In case of an emergency where multiple machines are calling in simultaneously and the host needs to selectively answer or cannot answer and must call again to report the situation, press priority call. The host will then listen to the dial tone and handle the call according to their own wishes;


Monitoring: Pressing this button allows the host to monitor any extension that is currently in a call;


The software supports custom schematic diagrams and can draw corresponding internal channel diagrams based on the actual situation of each pipe gallery project. The fiber optic telephone overall solution provided by shollper Technology is a highly integrated management system that can not only exist as a standalone telephone system, but also simply replace the expensive monitoring center self-control platform (multi system linkage), making it particularly suitable for intensive projects. This system consists of a central management system deployed in the control center and extension units (node hosts and telephone sub units) installed in the pipe gallery. The central management system consists of a comprehensive pipe gallery digital program-controlled dispatch machine (which can be connected to the monitoring system), a fiber optic telephone access host (which can be connected to the wireless AP system, fire linkage alarm system, and independent broadcasting system), a touch screen dispatch console, and a comprehensive pipe gallery emergency telephone dispatch system software.

Function Explanation


A set of fiber optic telephone access host is configured with 2 SC optical ports to form a ring network (up to 4 ring networks), with 8 adaptive LAN port networks, each ring network can accommodate 1024 telephones. The standard configuration of the system is a 256IP extension with 8 loop relays (expandable configuration).


1. Unrestricted incoming and outgoing calls: The system can enable communication between various node hosts (or secondary machines) within the pipeline corridor, as well as between node hosts (or secondary machines) and the control center. It can also enable direct telephone contact between various node hosts (or secondary machines) within the pipeline corridor and external public network users (with controllable communication permissions)


2. Broadcast function: The management personnel of the control center can use the integrated pipe gallery emergency telephone dispatch system software installed on the touch screen dispatch console to issue voice broadcasts to the telephone sub unit, convene meetings, and select the controlled range of the broadcast as needed.


3. Monitoring and permission settings: The center can monitor and set permissions for calls from any node host (or secondary).


4. Fiber optic self-healing: The fiber optic telephone node host and access host form a fiber optic ring network structure, and the system has the function of fiber optic self-healing ring. The overall switching and self-healing repair time of the system is less than 100ms. The failure of a single node host does not affect the normal operation of other node devices (or secondary units) and the telephone system.


5. Recording and playback: The system can record all calls with the center, external lines, and all calls inside the pipeline, as well as query and playback the recording records. The standard recording time is 30000 hours.


6. Each extension (or sub unit) can use dial-up or off hook direct dialing to call the dispatch center telephone. The dispatch desk telephone in the control center will ring, and the emergency telephone dispatch system software installed in the comprehensive pipe gallery can directly display the caller's phone number, Chinese name, and location, such as Zone 1 of Comprehensive Cabin 01.


7. Dispatchers can call any internal node master (or slave) in the control center, and the call operation only requires picking up the phone and clicking the corresponding button on the touch screen dispatch console to automatically establish a full duplex call.


8. All extension calls are unobstructed. When multiple extensions make calls, they can automatically queue and display the name and number of the extension in the queue. When queuing for calls, the principle of first come, first served processing is followed, or the dispatcher can choose to answer any of them by clicking the "priority" button on the dispatch console and then clicking on the extension in the queue to answer.

  

9. The alarm prompt voice can be entered into the dispatch system (connected to the fire linkage alarm system), and the corresponding alarm prompt voice will be played when the corresponding switch is triggered. If linked with the front-end collection sensor, when a gas detector in a certain area detects a leak, it will trigger a switch to the dispatch system. The dispatch system can initiate a call to all extensions in the area according to the preset plan, and the off hook will automatically play the corresponding prompt alarm sound.


10. The scheduling machine adopts a board card design, which can be flexibly configured according to the actual needs of customers, facilitating subsequent expansion and protecting investment. Support IP extension registration, analog user FXS extension, loop relay FXO, digital relay E1, recording board REC, IP relay, etc. The common part supports hot backup redundancy design, and the motherboard switches calls without interruption. All boards support live plugging and unplugging for easy maintenance.


11. Support linkage with video surveillance systems, simply add a video server to interface with IP cameras or monitoring system hard disk recorders, bind the camera location to the nearest extension, and when the dispatcher clicks to call the extension bound to the camera on the dispatch platform, the monitoring area on the dispatch platform will directly pop up the real-time image captured by the camera in that extension area, making it easier for the dispatcher to have a more intuitive understanding of the situation.


12. Support WIFI mobile phone access (wireless AP system access). In pipeline projects with wireless APs installed, WIFI mobile phones can be configured for management personnel to carry around and communicate in a timely manner.
