Kaifeng International Cultural Exchange Center is a Class A key project incorporated into the management of the key project library of Henan Province and Kaifeng City, and a pioneer in the practice of promoting Chinese path to modernization in Henan. The project is located west of Sixth Street, east of Seventh Street, and on the north side of Zhongyi Lake in Kaifeng City, in the core area of Kaifeng Free Trade Zone. The project covers a total area of 270 acres and has a construction scale of 245000 square meters. It consists of 11 buildings, divided into five areas: conference center, business building, teaching building, hotel, and commercial center. It integrates conference, exhibition, theater, accommodation, catering, culture, and commerce. After the completion of the project, it will serve as an important carrier for large-scale conferences, government receptions, major events, and cultural exchanges in Kaifeng City, becoming an important window for Kaifeng City's external cultural exchanges and a new business card for showcasing Kaifeng City's culture.

The program-controlled switch adopts multiple relay access methods, which can be connected to the operator's relay lines for incoming and outgoing external calls, and can also be interconnected with the management center.
