        The 100 MW wind power transmission project of Heilongjiang Huadian Harbin Bayan Phase I has a total length of 47.8 kilometers, including 47.2 kilometers of overhead and 0.6 kilometers of cables, connected to Bayan substation, with renovation intervals. Main construction content and scale: Construct wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 100MW and ancillary facilities, and build a new 220KV substation; Investment amount: 770 million yuan.
